Give your special occasion dress another chance to shine by reselling it with us. When your dress sells to a new happy owner, you earn commission in the form a Frankie’s Gift Card. Does it get any better? If it doesn’t sell, we will donate it to an incredible children’s charity to ensure your dress finds a happy home.

Rules

Must be dry-cleaned before you send to us

No stains or damages

You ship to us (and pay for shipping) OR you can bring it in to our Chicago location

We ONLY accept brands that we carry in our store for resale (listed below). You did not have to purchase the dress from us initially.

Alyce, By Debra, David Charles, Jovani, Miss Behave, Nev & Lizzie, Stella M'Lia, Un Deux Trois, Zoe LTD.

We only accept girls and juniors sizes that we carry (Girls 6 – Juniors/ Women 9)

Seller to let us know if the dress has been altered so we can let our sales associates know

Dress will be available for resale in our Chicago store and online for six months, and if it does not sell after that period, we will donate to a children’s charity. No send-backs.

Commission Payout

Customer gets 30-50% of sale in a Frankie’s gift card once the dress sells (Commission structure below)

Resale Listing Price $146 - $195 = 50% Commission

Resale Listing Price $96- $145 = 40% Commission

Resale Listing Price $1-$96 = 30% Commission

If it doesn’t sell within 6 months, we will donate the item to a great local charity. The dress(es) will also be donated to charity if arrives damaged or dirty, or is not a brand or size we carry.
