How are shipping charges calculated?
Frankie's on the Park will ship your items using USPS & Fedex. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their associated prices. We offer free USPS & FedEx shipping for all orders over $100 shipped domestically. Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note: We ship your online purchases from our physical store, so it is possible that some items are sold out while still listed as available online. We will notify you as soon as possible and will not charge you for any sold-out items.
How much is my shipping?

Heavy Goods Shipping - $20
International Shipping - $40
Fed-Ex 2-Day - $25

Illinois/Chicago Area Options:
If you are from the Chicago area there is a FREE in-store pick-up option at checkout.
There is also, an UBER and Postmates delivery option on that day if the order is placed before 5:00pm if not it will be sent out for delivery the next day.
What is the return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase and credit will be given in the original form of payment. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and original tags must be attached. All shoes must be in their original box. Please fill out and include the return slip in the package.
All sale, swimwear, undergarments, custom dresses, semi-custom dresses, drop shipped dresses & graffiti bar items are FINAL SALE.

If there is an error with your order or you received the wrong product, please call 773-248-0400 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 48 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment
